If your university is providing your etextbooks you will have been assigned a university email address. Log in to your Kortext account using the 'Sign in' button and entering your university email address and supplied temporary password.

To get the most out of your learning experience use Kortext online. Kortext is optimized for Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
Kortext apps are available from Google Play Store, IOS App Store, Windows App Store or get the Mac app.

Please note: Download speed will depend on the file size and your internet connection speed.
Kortext allows you to print pages from the ebooks via the online reader, however the amount is restricted by the publisher copyright. You can also copy and paste sections that are part of the same copyright.
Firstly, check that you are signing in with the correct email address (usually your university email address). If you have already done this and are still unable to see the books you are expecting, please email us at support@kortext.com.
An access code is a single-use code to access your etextbook(s).
- To redeem an access code and receive your etextbook(s) 'Sign in' or 'Create account'.
- Click the options icon (vertical ellipsis) and select 'Redeem access code'.
- Input the single-use code in the text field.
Where you have been provided access to ‘Assessments’, visit 'My Bookshelf', click the options icon on the book cover, select ‘Assessment’ and click on the link - you will then need your login details/code provided by your institution.
Your personal content is stored locally within your device, so we are unable to sync it across to other devices.
An EPUB was created with the mobile reader in mind meaning text can be reflowed to respond to the size of the device you’re reading it on, whereas a PDF is designed to display pages consistently regardless of device.
Our citation tool is available on our classic reader. We are building a new improved citation tool for our new reader that will be available shortly.
You can! Just make sure you have the app downloaded.
All you have to do is choose to open your PDF file in the Kortext Reader and once it's downloaded, you'll be able to personalise your content using all our study tools.
Due to system limitations regarding publisher content, the Mac app does not currently offer the read offline functionality that all of our other apps do.
